Terms and conditions of use of the gift voucher (“voucher”)

The value shown on the voucher will be deducted from the purchase price in the online store at www.beggs.cz.
The voucher is not exchangeable for money.
The voucher cannot be exchanged.
The value of the voucher can only be used up with a one-time purchase in the online store at www.beggs.czAny unused portion of the voucher value is not exchangeable for cash, non-cash payments or another voucher and is forfeited to the seller.
The value of the voucher does not bear interest.
For goods for which a voucher was used, in the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract or a justified complaint, the corresponding amount may be refunded in the form of a replacement gift voucher.
The voucher is valid until the date stated on the voucher. After this period, it becomes invalid.
The voucher can only be used to purchase goods according to the current price list at the time of purchase in the online store at www.beggs.czThe purchase of goods is governed by the seller's valid terms and conditions.
The voucher contains a unique code that you simply enter in the "Discount code or gift card" field when placing your order. The value of the voucher will then be automatically deducted from the total purchase price.
After using the code when paying for a purchase in the online store at www.beggs.cz the voucher becomes invalid.
If the voucher is not used within its validity period, it will expire without any right to extend the validity period or refund its value in cash.
The Seller is not responsible for the loss, destruction or theft of the voucher and does not provide compensation in these cases.
If you received this voucher as a gift with a purchase, please note that in the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract on the basis of which this voucher was provided as a gift, the gift of the voucher will cease to be effective. In such a case, the obligation to return the voucher arises, and it is therefore not possible to use it for further purchases. If the voucher cannot be returned, in particular because it has already been used or for another reason, the recipient is obliged to pay the seller the price of the voucher provided in this way.
