Right to withdraw from the contract

1.   You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days, without giving a reason.

2.   The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the time when You or a third party you have indicated who is not the carrier, will take over:

a.   goods or

b.   last delivery of goods [v případě uzavření smlouvy, jejímž předmětem je několik druhů zboží nebo dodání několika částí].

For the purposes of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform the seller of your withdrawal from this contract - the company Simply nature, s.r.o., ID number: 108 19 321, se registered office: Zbraslavská 22/49, Malá Chuchle, 159 00 Prague 5, email:info@beggs.cz, in the form of a unilateral legal action (e.g. a letter sent through a postal service provider or by e-mail). You can also use the cancellation pattern; however, this is not an obligation.

3.   In order to comply with the deadline for withdrawing from this contract, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal before the expiry of the relevant period.

 

Consequences of withdrawing from the contract

1.   Return of payments

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you without undue delay, no later than within 14 days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred as a result of your chosen delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us). We will make the refund in the same way that you provided the payment to us, unless you have expressly specified otherwise, but in any case you will not incur any additional costs as a result of the refund.

We will refund the payment only after we receive the returned goods or if you prove that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first.

2.   Receipt goods

Send the goods back to the address without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from this contract: Vrážská 239/24, 153 00, Prague 5 - Radotín (Areál Technometra)

The deadline is considered to be preserved if you send the goods back to us before the expiration of 14 days.

3.   Return costs goods

You will bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods.

4.   Liability for the reduction in the value of the returned goods

You are only responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods as a result of handling these goods in a manner other than that necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature and characteristics of the goods, including their functionality.

We are entitled to claim for damages for the reduction in the value of the goods unilaterally set off against your right to a refund of the purchase price.
