Information about the right of withdrawal

Right to withdraw from the contract

1. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of:

and. goods or

For the purposes of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform the seller of your withdrawal from this contract - the company Simply nature, sro, ID number: 108 19 321, with its registered office: V zahrádkách 1952/50, Žižkov, 130 00 Prague 3 Czech Republic, email: info@beggs.cz, in the form of a unilateral legal act (e.g. a letter sent via a postal service operator or by email). You can also use sample withdrawal form; however, this is not an obligation.

3. In order to meet the withdrawal period from this contract, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal from the contract before the relevant period expires.

 

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

1. Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us). We will reimburse you in the same way as you provided us with the payment, unless you have expressly stated otherwise, but in any case you will not incur any additional costs as a result of the reimbursement.

We will only refund your payment after we receive the returned goods or if you prove that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first.

2. Acceptance of goods

Send the goods back to the warehouse address: Simply nature sro, Vrážská 239/24, 153 00 Prague 5 – Radotín, without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is considered met if you send the goods back to us before the 14 days have elapsed.

3. Costs associated with returning goods

You will bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods.

4. Liability for reduction in value of returned goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than that which is necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature and characteristics of the goods, including their functionality.

We are entitled to unilaterally offset the claim for compensation for the reduction in the value of the goods against your claim for a refund of the purchase price.
