1.2. The loyalty programme is operated through the online store's web interface and is available only to purchasers who have created a customer account.
1.3. Loyalty points, rewards and benefits provided under the loyalty programme do not constitute money, electronic money, an investment instrument or a means of payment and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary compensation.

2.2. Participation in the loyalty programme is intended solely for purchasers acting as consumers, unless the Seller stipulates otherwise in a particular case.
2.3. Purchasers must provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information upon registration and throughout their participation in the loyalty programme. Purchasers are responsible for the accuracy of the information recorded in their customer accounts.
2.4. Each purchaser may have only one customer account and one membership of the loyalty programme. The Seller is entitled to cancel duplicate accounts or merge point balances where the technical capabilities of the online store permit this.

4. Loyalty Programme Tiers

4.1. Purchasers may be assigned to individual loyalty programme tiers according to the number of loyalty points earned. These tiers may include, in particular, Silver, Gold and Beggs Diamond Club.

5. Rewards and Benefits

5.1. Under the loyalty programme, the Seller may provide purchasers with one-off rewards and ongoing benefits. One-off rewards are generally provided upon reaching the relevant loyalty programme tier or meeting conditions set by the Seller. Ongoing benefits may be available to purchasers for as long as they remain in the relevant loyalty programme tier.
5.2. Silver is the basic loyalty programme tier. This tier is generally not associated with any ongoing benefit. Purchasers at this tier may have access in particular to one-off rewards, such as discounts on selected products or collections, free shipping in exchange for loyalty points or other one-off rewards, always subject to the Seller's current offer.
5.3. At the Gold tier, the principal benefit may be free shipping to the extent determined by the Seller, indicatively up to twice per month. Purchasers at this tier may also continue to have access to the one-off rewards available at the Silver tier, or to one-off rewards that are more attractive or advantageous than those at the Silver tier. The Seller may also establish an ongoing benefit for this tier, in particular a discount on selected products or collections.
5.4. Beggs Diamond Club is the highest loyalty programme tier. The principal benefit of this tier may be free shipping to the extent determined by the Seller, indicatively up to four times per month. Purchasers at this tier may have access to all benefits available at lower tiers, generally to a greater or more advantageous extent, both as one-off rewards and ongoing benefits. The Seller may also provide this tier with an opportunity to receive a free gift, a product discount or a one-off discount on a selected product or collection.
5.5. Specific rewards and benefits may be subject to restrictions relating to time, quantity, value, selected goods, collections, orders, shipping methods or other conditions stated in the online store or in these Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions. The Seller is not obliged to provide all rewards and benefits simultaneously and is entitled to amend, supplement, replace, restrict or discontinue them on an ongoing basis.

6. Redemption of Loyalty Points and Benefits

6.1. Loyalty points and benefits may only be redeemed in the manner made available in the online store, in particular through the customer account or the relevant loyalty programme interface.
6.2. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed retrospectively against orders that have already been completed unless the Seller expressly permits otherwise.
6.3. Loyalty points and benefits are not transferable to another person and may not be assigned, sold, gifted or otherwise transferred outside the purchaser's customer account.
6.4. Discounts, rewards and benefits provided under the loyalty programme cannot be combined with one another or with other discounts or promotions unless the Seller expressly stipulates otherwise.

7. Validity of Points, Returns and Deduction of Points

7.1. Unused loyalty points expire six months after they are credited to the purchaser's loyalty programme account unless the Seller specifies a longer validity period.
7.2. If a purchaser withdraws from the purchase contract, returns purchased goods, cancels an order, fails to pay the purchase price or an order is cancelled for any reason, the Seller is entitled to deduct the loyalty points earned in connection with that order and adjust the point balance as though the purchase had not taken place.
7.3. In the event of a partial return of goods or partial cancellation of an order, the Seller is entitled to deduct the corresponding proportion of loyalty points.
7.4. If a purchaser has redeemed loyalty points, a reward or a benefit in connection with an order that is subsequently cancelled, returned or unpaid, the Seller is entitled to decide whether to re-credit the redeemed points or whether the relevant reward or benefit shall lapse, taking into account the circumstances of the particular case and the technical capabilities of the loyalty programme.

8. Purchaser's Obligations and Misuse of the Programme

8.1. Purchasers must use the loyalty programme honestly and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Seller's General Terms and Conditions, accepted standards of good conduct and the purpose of the loyalty programme.
8.2. Purchasers must not misuse the loyalty programme, in particular by creating duplicate accounts, placing fictitious orders, deliberately returning goods to manipulate the programme, obtaining points without entitlement or circumventing the programme's technical rules.
8.3. In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Seller is entitled to remove loyalty points from the purchaser, cancel an awarded reward or benefit, restrict the use of benefits or exclude the purchaser from the loyalty programme.
8.4. In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions, the Seller is entitled to terminate the purchaser's participation in the loyalty programme; this does not affect the Seller's right to remove loyalty points, rewards or benefits obtained in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Exclusions from the Loyalty Programme

9.1. Loyalty points, discounts, rewards and benefits provided under the loyalty programme shall not apply to goods for which this is prohibited by law, in particular infant formula and food for special medical purposes.
9.2. The Seller is also entitled to unilaterally exclude other goods, collections, brands, orders, promotions or other categories of cases from the loyalty programme, in particular by making it impossible to earn or redeem loyalty points or to apply discounts, rewards or other benefits in relation to them. The Seller shall state such exclusions in the online store, in these Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions or in the terms of the relevant benefit.

10. Amendments to and Termination of the Loyalty Programme

10.1. The Seller is entitled to amend, supplement, restrict or discontinue these Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions, the rules for earning and redeeming points, tier thresholds, rewards, benefits and the technical configuration of the loyalty programme at any time. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall not affect purchasers' rights arising before the amendments take effect, in particular rewards or benefits already duly redeemed, unless the nature of the particular reward, benefit or technical configuration of the loyalty programme clearly indicates otherwise.
10.2. The Seller is entitled to suspend or terminate the loyalty programme at any time, including without prior notice to the purchaser. If the loyalty programme is terminated, the Seller may establish a transitional period for redeeming unused loyalty points. Unless the Seller stipulates otherwise, unused loyalty points shall expire on the date the loyalty programme terminates.
10.3. The current version of these Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions shall govern participation in the loyalty programme from the date of its publication in the online store unless the Seller specifies a later effective date.
10.4. The Seller recommends that purchasers regularly check the current version of these Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions and the information provided within the loyalty programme, particularly in their customer accounts.
These Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions take effect on 1 October 2026.
