•Dosage: 1 capsule daily. Drink with sufficient water.
•Recommendation: In the morning on an empty stomach or between meals. Ideally 1-2 hours before meals. Avoid simultaneous consumption of dairy products, tea, coffee, red wine and foods high in fiber, which could reduce absorption. Do not take simultaneously with calcium.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (risk of stomach upset or constipation).

Díky chalatove metodě se přípravek postupně vstřebává několik hodin. Tobolky.sly krásně zapít vodou.jedna kapsle denně je také fajn.
Pilulky mají super velikost a dobře se polykají. Pilulky jsem používala 1x denně. Vyzkoušela jsem mnoho produktů a tento za mě vyhrává.
Obal je moderní a hlavně je to vyrobeno v ČR, což velmi oceňuji.
Jsem méně unavená a malém více energie. Vřele doporučuji
Produkt má celkem vyhodné balení 100 kapslí, což je vyhovující množství, v poměrně pěkné sklenici. Kapsle se dobře polykají, jsou celkem malé. Užívám je poměrně krátce, ale pozoruji zlepšení krvácení pri menstruaci, což je skvělé. Díky dobré organické formě, oproti jiným běžně dostupným doplňkům se železem, nezpůsobuje zácpu, což je dobrá zpráva pro těhotné. Jen doporučuji užívat s větším časovým odstupem od hořčíku, jehož vstřebávání blokuje (aspoň 3h). Za mně velká spokojenost.
Doplňků pro těhotné a kojící jsem vyzkoušela hodně. Nedostatek železa mě trápil jak v těhotenství, tak po porodu. Rozhodně oceňuji, že na rozdíl od jiných doplňků nebylo po nich těžko. Člověk se cítil o míň unavený, víc energie do něčeho se pustit. Rozhodně doporučuji
U těchto vitamínu me oslovilo hlavně jejich složení a dávkování. Velmi mi vyhovuje, že se užívá pouze jedna kapsle. Kapsle se dobře polykají, jsou střední velikosti. Skleněná lahvička, je praktická, její tmavé sklo chrání kapsle před jejich znehodnocením. Design bych řekla nenadchne - neurazí. Jsem dlouhodobě kojící matka a po 2,5 letech se někdy začínám cítit opravdu ,,vycucaně”. Po užívání tablet jsem pocítila menší únavu, už se mi tak často netočí hlava a celkově jsem čilejší, což velmi oceňuji.
