Omega 3 jsem už dlouho chtěla zařadit do svého denního rituálu. Dostala jsem možnost tento výrobek otestovat a jsem za to velice ráda. Výrobek má krásné, praktické balení.
Překvapila mě velikost kapsle , jsou celkem velké.
Doporučuji zapít větším množstvím vody.Dávkování je 2/3x denně což mi vyhovuje. Je vhodný pro těhotné a kojící ženy, což je také super. Celkově jsem s tímto výrobkem spokojená. Po nějaké době užití pozoruji, že jsem víc v psychické pohodě, méně unavená a mám víc energie.
Kapsle jsme vyzkoušeli doma všichni . Já odpůrce rybího tuku že ho cítím všude jsem šla do výzvy s odporem . Ale byla jsem mile překvapena že po rozpuštění v žaludku nic necítím tak jako jsem cítila u jiných kapslí když se rozpustily . Vřele doporučuji i těm kdo nemá rád rybí pachuť.
Kapsle Beggs Omega-3 jsou v pěkném designovém obalu v tmavé skleněné lahvičce se šroubovacím závitem. Po otevření lze obsah balení cítit rybinou. Jednotlivé kapsle mi ale přišly bez chuti a bez zápachu. Kapsle jsou poměrně velké, ale docela dobře se zapíjejí. I přes to bych byla raději za menší kapsli. Super je, že produkt má čistě přírodní složení a je vhodný i pro těhotné či kojící ženy. Děti mohou užívat jednu kapsli od šesti let. Další výhodou je také to, že kapsle neobsahují lepek, laktózu ani sóju. Při užívání jsem se cítila dobře, tak vnitřně v pohodě :-)
Beggs Omega-3, EPA+DHA má kvalitní složení a vysoké hodnoty omega-3 nenasycených mastných kyselin. Doporučená denní dávka jsou 2 kapsle denně. Tablety jsou poměrně velké, ale to mi osobně nevadilo. Líbí se mi celkové desing, koncept a myšlenka firmy Beggs.
Krásný a jednoduchý design těchto doplňků stravy. Kapsle byly poměrně velké (běžná velikost rybího oleje), rozhodně bych proto nedoporučila užívání menším dětem.
Pro mě naprostá spokojenost. Jako nemilovník ryb je tohle pro mě ideální způsob, jak si doplnit omega 3. A skvělým plusem Beggs Omega 3 je, že je obohacen i o vitamín E.
