⁵Daily supplementation with 400 μg of folic acid from at least one month before conception and up to three months after conception increases folate levels in pregnant women. Low folate levels are a risk factor for neural tube defects in the developing fetus. The target population is women of reproductive age.

Folic acid (folate) contributes to:

What forms of folic acid are there?
Not all forms of folic acid are processed equally in the body.
- L-methylfolate– a biologically active form of folic acid that the body can use without the need for further conversion. This form is part of the product Beggs Methylfolate + Myo-inositol COMPLEX.
- Folic acid (synthetic form)– commonly used in dietary supplements. In order for the body to use it, it must be converted to folate in the liver using the enzyme MTHFR.
- Folate from foods(e.g. leafy vegetables, legumes) – a naturally occurring form, the content of which may, however, decrease during heat treatment.
Recommended products:
Zatím k těhotenství nedošlo. Procházím stimulací IVF, konkrétně na kryoembryotransfer. Nevím jestli to je léčbou ale bohužel mám nízkou sliznici a na podporu folikulů mi to také nepomohlo. Tak nemohu hodnotit pozitivně. Uvidím za cca 14 dní, podle výsledku těhotenského testu.
Kapsle se dobre polykaji, davkovani je jednoduche a prehledne. Obal vyrobku se mi libi, je prijemny na pohled a usmevavy smajlik mi pravidelne zveda naladu. Tyto kapsle jsem zacala brat pred tydnem, proto bude potreba vice casu ke zhodnoceni ucinku. Verim vsak, ze vyrobek je kvalitni.
Otěhotněla jsem asi týden potom, co jsem začala užívat doplněk stravy Beggs.
Velikostně jsou kapsle větší, mě to ale problém nedělá. Oceňuji bohaté složení kapslí, jelikož obsahují vše, co pro první týdny těhotenství potřebuji. Účinky jsem zatím žádné nevypozorovala.
Budu určitě nadále používat v těhotenství.
Doplněk stravy Beggs Methylfolate + myo-inositol Complex obsahuje 30 kapslí ve skleněné lahvičce se sympatickou etiketou, která zaujme na první pohled. Kapsle jsou na můj vkus trochu velké, ale snadno se polykají. Stačí pouze jedna za den. Zprvu mě překvapila zelená barva a specifická vůně tablet. Následně jsem se v etiketě dočetla, že obsahuje lyofilizovaný špenát, ostružiny a borůvky. Neměla jsem problém si na chuť tablety zvyknout. S doplňkem stravy jsem spokojená a cítím se po něm méně unavená.
Skvělý doplněk stravy před plánováním těhotenství, který obsahuje kyselinu listovou (ve formě methylfolátu), který je pro tělo v této formě snadno vstřebatelný.
Tablety jsou tak akorát veliké, jednoduše se polykají a nezpůsobují žádné žaludeční ani jiné obtíže. Líbí se mi, že výrobek je český, veganský a především oceňuji, že neobsahuje lepek, sóju ani laktózu. Balení obsahuje 30 tablet v praktickém skelněném balení. Celkově jsem spokojená.
