Consumer competition rules: "Competition for a selected dietary supplement with white etiquette "

1. COMPETITION ORGANIZER AND TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR

The organizer of the competition is Simply nature, sro, Company ID: 10819321, with its registered office at V zahrádkách 1952/50, Prague, 130 00, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 348990 (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition Organizer” or “Organizer”).

The technical service of the competition is provided by Simply nature, sro, ID: 10819321, with its registered office at V zahrádkách 1952/50, Prague, 130 00, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 348990 (hereinafter referred to as the “Technical Administrator”).

 

2. COMPETITION AND COMPETITION DATE

The competition organizer is organizing a consumer competition entitled: "Competition for a selected white-label dietary supplement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") from February 19, 2026 to February 28, 2026, 11:59:59 p.m. inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition Period").

 

3. WHO IS THE COMPETITION INTENDED FOR?

This Competition is intended for all natural persons – consumers Starover 18 years of age with a delivery address or permanent/temporary residence address in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It is not intended for persons in an employment or similar relationship with the Competition Organizer, the Technical Administrator or cooperating companies or natural persons doing business, as well as persons close to these persons within the meaning of Section 22 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended. All competitors who do not properly meet the conditions for participation in the competition in accordance with the relevant provisions of these rules will be excluded from the Competition. In the event that any of the above-mentioned excluded persons becomes a winner in the competition, they lose their right to the prize and the prize will not be awarded (hereinafter referred to as the “contestant”, “participant” or “competition participant”).

 

4. PARTICIPATION AND TERMS OF THE COMPETITION

The competition takes place on the e-shop and website beggs.cz, which is operated by the Competition Organizer, in accordance with the rules below.

Contestants validly participate in the competition by:

1. meets the conditions for participation in the competition set out in Article 3 above, 
2. fill in the fields "First name and last name" and "E-mail"
3. The contestant is entitled to participate in the competition repeatedly, but always after meeting all the conditions, but this will not increase the probability of winning the Competition.

 

5. COMPETITION WINNINGS

There will be a total of 6 different winners for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The winner will be drawn randomly from registered contestants. The drawing will be conducted with the participation of a two-member expert committee composed of employees of the Competition Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”).

1st-2nd prize – food supplement Balanced Hair & Skin Complex

3rd-5th prize – food supplement Iron bisglycinate 20 mg, rosehip extract 

6th prize – food supplement Omega-3, EPA+DHA

 

7. PROVISION OF THE PRIZE

The evaluation of the competition and the notification of the winner will take place without undue delay after the end of the competition or after the winner is drawn, but no later than March 5, 2026. The winners will be contacted via email.  If the winner does not provide their personal and contact details within 24 hours after being contacted, then such winner will forfeit their right to the prize. The competition organizer is not responsible for non-delivery of the prize notification in the event of any data transmission error.

In the event that the contestant becomes the winner of the competition, the contestant expressly agrees that the Organizer of the competition is entitled to use, in accordance with the provisions of Section 84 of the Civil Code, his name (e.g. Martin's name) free of charge in the media (including the Internet), promotional and advertising materials of the organizer in connection with this competition.

The contestant cannot claim any other prize than the one awarded to him/her. The prize cannot be paid out in cash. The prize is not transferable to another person. Enforcement of participation in the competition or the prize through legal means is excluded.

The contestant is aware of the fact that, in the event of accepting the prize, he/she is obliged to properly fulfill all possible obligations arising from applicable legal regulations.

 

8. OTHER CONDITIONS, RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

The participants of the competition are bound by the rules and are obliged to comply with the continuously announced or published instructions of the Organizer. By participating in the competition, each participant agrees to its terms and conditions and the provisions of these rules. Participants who do not meet the conditions of this competition will be eliminated from the competition and will not be included in the evaluation of the competition.

The Competition Organizer does not undertake any obligations towards the Competition Participants under these Competition Rules. The Competition Participants are not entitled to any other performance from the Competition Organizer than that specified in these Rules.

The competition organizer reserves the right to limit, postpone, interrupt, modify or cancel the competition at any time without compensation. The competition organizer further reserves the right to change these competition rules at any time.

The Competition Organizer and the Technical Administrator are authorized to monitor compliance with these rules and the competition conditions contained therein by each of the competition participants. All matters, disputes or complaints related to the competition are assessed and finally resolved by the Competition Organizer.

The Competition Organizer and the Technical Administrator have the right to exclude any contestant from the competition without the possibility of appeal if such contestant violates the rules, acts contrary to good morals within the competition, tries to obtain prizes by fraudulent means or in any way damages the good name of the Competition Organizer and/or is reasonably suspected of such activities, without compensation for any costs or damages that the contestant may incur as a result of the exclusion. The decision of the Competition Organizer and/or the Technical Administrator is final.

The Competition Organizer and the Technical Administrator are not responsible for any non-delivery of the prize, for its damage, delay or loss during electronic data transmission. In the event that any of the prizes cannot be delivered through no fault of the Competition Organizer or the Technical Administrator, the prize will be forfeited to the Competition Organizer, who is entitled to decide on its further use.

The competition organizer is not liable for any technical problems related to participation in the competition (especially the functionality of the internet) or data transmission by any electronic means, nor for the actions of third parties on the internet.

Each competitor will receive any information via e-mail: info@beggs.cz or in private messages to the @beggs_czsk profile on the Instagram social network.

Winners will be contacted and announced via email. The only detailed and fully applicable rules are published electronically on the Organizer's website for the duration of the competition. https://www.beggs.cz/soutez/ .

This Competition is a consumer competition pursuant to Section 2, Paragraph 1, Letter v) of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended, meeting the conditions set out in this Act on Consumer Protection and is not a game of chance (does not meet the conditions of a game of chance) pursuant to Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Games of Chance.

Other relationships not expressly regulated by these rules are governed by the legal regulations of the Czech Republic.

 

9. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data of the contestants and personal data of the winners in the scope of telephone number, first and last name, e-mail, delivery address (hereinafter referred to as “personal data”) will be processed by the Competition Organizer and the Technical Administrator as the personal data administrator, for the purposes of the contestant's participation in the competition, evaluation of the competition and handing over the prize to the competition winners.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data in this competition is Article 6(1)(b) of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The provision of personal data to competitors is a contractual requirement, without which the competitor cannot participate in the competition or the Competition Organizer will not be able to ensure that the prize is sent to the winner of the competition.

The processing of personal data will last for the duration of the competition and no longer than the duration of the periods for their storage resulting from generally binding legal regulations (however, no longer than the period necessary to fulfill the obligations and rights arising from the purchase contract concluded between the contestant and the Competition Organizer and for any inspection by the supervisory authority). The personal data provided by the contestant will be processed by the Competition Organizer and the Technical Administrator, and these data may also be processed to the necessary extent as a processor of a marketing company authorized by the Competition Organizer, in the manner usual for the provision of competitions, delivery companies, IT service providers and accountants, tax and legal advisors.

Each contestant has the following rights as a data subject:

• the right to access personal data, according to which the person can obtain information from the organizer whether his personal data is being processed, for what purpose, what is the scope of the data that is being processed, and to whom this data has been made available,
• the right to correct inaccurate or incorrect data, or to supplement incomplete data,
• the right to erasure of data if the purpose of processing ceases or if personal data is processed unlawfully, – the right to restriction of processing of personal data,
• the right to data portability, according to which he can obtain personal data concerning him in a structured and machine-readable format, either for himself or for another personal data controller,
• the right to object to the processing of personal data, or to profiling,
• the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection, in the event of a violation of the competitor's rights arising from the applicable legal regulations on personal data protection.
