Som veľmi spokojná s týmto produktom, kapsle sú trochu väčšie, ale nie je problém ich zapiť vodou. Oceňujem aj zloženie, pretože tam nie sú pridané žiadne lacné väzivá ako v niektorých iných produktoch a navyše je vegánsky! Určite magnézium odporúčam niekomu, kto má problémy s ospalosťou počas dňa. Obal je zo skla, dizajn je veľmi estetický a naozaj sa cítim že úživam produkt vysokej kvality.

S doplňkem stravy Beggs Magnesium bisglycinate 380 mg + P5P 1,4 mg COMPLEX jsem velice spokojená. Trpěla jsem často křečmi, neklidem, únavou, bolestmi svalů a nohou a poté, co jsem zařadila tento doplněk mé problémy zmizely. Po hořčíku se mi i lépe spí, nebudim se. Tablety se snadno polykaji.

Velikost kapsle bych brala určitě uvítala mensi. Dělá mi problem polykání velkých tablet. Dávkování je ideální. Jsme nyní těhotná, mám obrovskou únavu, po užívání vitamínů se cítím určitě lépe. Jsem s výrobkem spokojená a doporučuji. Slozeni je kvalitní.

Kapsle jsou dosti velké, ale i přesto se velice dobře polykají. Podle návodu je doporučená denní dávka 2 kapsle. Kapsle jsou ve skleněném balení s hliníkovým víčkem. Celkově po užívání magnesia biglycinate se mi snížil pocit únavy a cítím se celkově lépe.

Aktuálne testujem tieto vitamíny Beggs Magnesium+vitamín B6. Páči sa mi recyklovateľný sklenený obal s kovovým vekom, kapsuly sa mi zdajú troška priveľké na prehltnutie, niekto by mohol mať s konzumáciou problém. Kupujem si magnézium aj konkurenčných značiek, keďže mávam kŕče v nohách. V účinnosti sú porovnateľné s konkurenčnými značkami.
