L-methionine – a building block of keratin:
- An essential amino acid that the body cannot produce on its own

Biotin – a vitamin known as the “beauty vitamin”:

I am very satisfied with this hair and skin product and I definitely recommend everyone to try it! I like the overall design of the packaging and I like that these coated capsules are easy to swallow and have a nice size.

I like the practical packaging of Beggs dietary supplements, which can be taken on the go. I feel changes in my skin, such as a brighter color and less acne. Unfortunately, I did not notice any changes in my hair. Frequent dosing during the day could change things.
I can say that I have found a system to remember to take Beggs Hair&skin balanced complex. The size of the capsules is just right, so it is not a problem to swallow.

I have been using Beggs Hair&skin Balanced Complex 3 times a day for a month and I can really see a difference in my hair. It falls out less and is shinier. I would even say that it is less oily. Unfortunately, I don't see any difference on my skin. The capsules are a normal size and I had no problem swallowing them. What bothered me a little was the smell, which is supposedly normal since they contain L-methionine. Unfortunately, this is an obstacle for me to buy another package.
