Dosage

•Dosage: 1–2 capsules daily. Drink plenty of water.
•Recommendation: Take in the morning or mid-morning with food, or divide the dose into two parts (morning + afternoon).
• Avoid taking higher doses in the evening (may disrupt sleep).
• Do not combine with iron (Zn and Se reduce its absorption).
• Suitable for adults and children aged 10 and over.
• Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
